Amy Michaelson Kelly is a founder of Hatteras Sky, an Atlanta based commercial real estate firm specializing in multifamily and hospitality developments in dynamic U.S. markets. Hatteras Sky’s hospitality assets include a Marriott Autograph hotel in Salt Lake City, Asher Adams, named the best adaptive re-use project in Utah for 2025. In Asheville, the firm owns Zelda Dearest, an HD Award Finalist for Best Small Hotel 2024, and The Radical, named #2 Best New Hotel by USA Today. Their multifamily assets include mid-rise properties in and around Seattle, Washington and a high-rise asset in Phoenix, Arizona. As the chief executive, Amy oversees the company’s development, asset management, landlord, hospitality operations and design, communications, and fund sponsorship functions. She serves on multiple business, hospitality, and tourism related boards in Asheville and was named the Asheville Chamber of Commerce’s 2024 Female Entrepreneur of the Year.
